Onsite Attendance Minimum Charge - Drinking Water Product - South East QLD

Minimum fee for onsite attendance for service technicians. Once payment is processed our technical team will be in touch to schedule a date and time of attendance. 

Onsite attendance includes:

Full Inspection of unit and report provided. 

• The functionality of bubblers, glass fillers drip trays, and refrigeration units checked
• Full inspection of hoses and internal fittings for leaks 
• Check and adjust filter housing (if applicable)
• Adjustment of thermostat if required and operational testing performed
• Tank pressure relief valve inspected and adjusted where required.
• Incoming pressure limiting valve inspected 

Thorough clean and sanitise unit (if unit is serviceable)

• Full internal and external clean of the unit performed with drink-safe cleaner
• Sell-filling systems and reservoirs are emptied and sanitised to maintain impeccable hygiene standards
• Ensured cleanliness of drip tray, outlets and exterior of unit.

Parts and any additional labour required will be discussed on-site and will need to be paid upfront before repair work commences.

Our technicians are not licensed electricians or plumbers. If the problem lays outside of the unit such as (but not limited to) faulty electrical circuits, faulty plumbing, blocked drains or incorrect installation, we may not be able to resolve this and you will still be charged for attendance. We will provide a full service report to pass to your tradesperson for resolution. By purchasing this service you agree and acknowledge the above.
