Cooler arrived in just a couple of days. It was easy to set up, water was just cold enough and tastes much nicer than tap water. The unit has a small footprint and looks nicer than a lot of the freestanding units on the market. My fridge is no longer filled with water jugs!

With a few new people in the office, we were after a water cooler that could accommodate water consumption AND make quicker teas! We settled on the Cascade Eco with a hidden bottle and both Cold and Hot water.

We love our Aqua Cooler, the product is exactly as described. Upon receiving the water cooler and setting up, it didn’t work. I rang customer service and was promptly sent a replacement unit the same day. I cannot explain enough how wonderful my customer service experience was. The cooler was replaced no question and details were promptly emailed to me regarding pick up of first unit from my home. I have recommended this company to all of my family and friends. Hi I recently purchased the Aqua cooler eco-all I can say this is an amazing unit I have tried many pools before and by far this is the best one I have ever had the water is amazing it is very cold I love it could not ask for better

Received our cooler earlier this week and assembled the filter and bottle without a problem. Looks very professional too. Just make sure you buy small cups if you're going to get the cup holder attachment as well, big plastic cups won't fit.

The delivery was over night and although there was an issue due to damaged from courier, Aqua Cooler sorted it out straight away and I had my new cooler in 2 days.

We recently purchased a Aqua Cooler unit and received excellent service. The ceramic part of the filter had been damaged during transit, we lodged the incident and was help immediately with prompt and friendly service. We had a replacement part within a day or two.
We will definitely use Aqua Cooler again and would recommend them to family and friends.
