So far so good. Quality is on point and sleek looking design. 10L/hr is more than enough to do what is expected. Also arrived much quicker than anticipated.

Have looked for a while but when I saw the Cascade cooler I thought it looked so much better than all the others. I love that you can't see the bottle. The fact that I can refill the bottle myself is great too but if I ever decide that I want to plumb the cooler in directly, I CAN with the Cascade. Also the hot water is hot enough for tea or the coffee plunger.

Our experience with Aqua Cooler Direct has been amazing! It began with an email asking questions about a certain model and receiving a prompt response. Our unit arrived within the time frame given. Very easy to assemble. When I called to say that the water temp was not as cold as we would like it - I was advised on how to adjust the temperature without any problems. Before investing in this cooler, we were spending over $20 a week on bottled water. Now we're reducing our plastic consumption and have more space in the fridge. It's great tasting and nice and cold. The customer service has been great and delivery took less than a week. Highly recommend.

So happy with our new oasis water cooler. It cools water in no time, tastes great and the whole family are using it, I can’t believe how much water we all drink in a day. Now I have the whole top shelf of the fridge to use again with no bottled water in it. This cooler is amazing!! We have copper pipes where the cooler is placed and the taste from the taps is terrible but after going through the filter in the water cooler, it’s DELICIOUS!! I love how the water tastes after being filtered properly. The set up was super easy! I love it! 😊 10/10 would recommend!!
