*Please ensure you allow water to enter the tank of the unit before turning it on at the power point.

Unpack

1. After unpacking the water cooler, wipe with a soft cloth.
2. Place the machine on a hard, flat surface. Make certain the unit is level. The unit should not be close to direct sunlight or other sources of heat.
3. It is best to place the water cooler in an area with good air circulation. Make sure there is at least 10 cm of space between the back of your cooler and the wall. Keep a minimum distance of 5 cm on each side of your water cooler.

Install

1. Follow the instructions for setting up the Tri-Stage Refillable Bottle on the product page here.
2. Make sure the water dispenser is not plugged into an electrical outlet.
3. Insert the water bottle vertically on the seat into the non-spill system of the water dispenser.
4. Press the cold water tap down until water begins to flow.
5. Insert the power plug into an electrical outlet.
6. Turn the electric switches to ON position to start the appliance. DO NOT MOVE BOTH SWITCHES AT THE SAME TIME.
7. Cooling indicator lights should light up. The appliance is designed to supply cook or cold water whenever you need it. It will automatically turn on and off when the water reaches the desired temperatures

When to change your filters

It is important to change these filters before they are exhausted. It is recommended to replace the filter every 3 months. (These filters are certified for 2,700L).

Cleaning Your Water Filtration System

The outside of the water filtration system can be wiped with a damp cloth at any time. When the multi-level filter is being replaced you should rinse out the inner and outer buckets. Please note these parts are not dishwasher safe.

Being away for extended periods of time

When not using the water filter system for more than a week or going on vacation, it is recommended that you always drain out any residual water before use again. Never empty the outer bucket before going away as the filter will dry out.

Useful Tips & Precautions

• Please ensure you allow water to enter the the tank of the unit before turning it on at the power point.
• Never filter hot water or use it to clean your filters.
• Never remove the water filtration system to fill at the sink. Always use a pitcher to fill the system.
• Water filtering speed can become a little slow when the quantity of water in the outer bucket increases. Dirty ceramic disks may also cause a decrease in speed.
• Keep your unit in a dry place and out of direct sunlight.
• Please make sure to clean the inner bucket regularly to avoid dirt and calcium build-up.
• This unit is not dishwasher safe.
