Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion

The promotion is called the Aqua Cooler × Snap Fitness Spring Giveaway.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promoter

The promoter is Aqua Cooler Pty Ltd, ABN 88 151 215 351 of Park Ridge, QLD (“Promoter”).

3. Promotional Period

The promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

No entries will be accepted outside the Promotional Period.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, subject to any geographical restrictions applying to the prize.

Employees, officers, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter, Snap Fitness, participating Snap Fitness clubs and any agencies or suppliers directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

“Immediate family” includes a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or grandchild.

5. How to Enter

To enter, eligible individuals must, during the Promotional Period:

  1. Visit aquacoolerdirect.com.au/pages/spring-giveaway-with-snap-fitness;

  2. Complete all required fields on the online entry form;

  3. Confirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions; and

  4. Submit the completed form before the promotion closes.

Entry is free. No purchase or social media action is required.

Only one entry is permitted per person. Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.

The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected entries.

6. Monthly Draw Eligibility

Valid entries will remain eligible for each remaining monthly draw unless the entrant has already been selected as a winner.

The draw periods are:

  • Draw One: Valid entries received between 12:00am AEST on 1 September and 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026.

  • Draw Two: Valid entries received between 12:00am AEST on 1 September and 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 2026, excluding any previous winner.

  • Draw Three: Valid entries received between 12:00am AEST on 1 September and 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2026, excluding previous winners.

Each entrant may win a maximum of one prize.

7. Draws

The electronic random draws will take place at 37 Christine Ave, Miami QLD 4220 on the following dates:

  • Draw One: FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER 2026

  • Draw Two: FIRST WEEK OF NOVEMBER 2026

  • Draw Three: FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER 2026

The first valid entry selected in each draw will be the provisional winner, subject to eligibility verification.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.

8. Winner Notification

Each provisional winner will be contacted using the email address and/or mobile number provided with their entry within two business days of the relevant draw.

Winners may also be announced on the Aqua Cooler Direct website and social media channels, subject to applicable laws and privacy requirements.

The winner must confirm their eligibility and acceptance of the prize within 7 days of being contacted.

9. Prize

There are three prizes available.

Each prize consists of one 12-month Snap Fitness membership, valued at $1000, redeemable at ANY PARTICIPATING AUSTRALIAN SNAP FITNESS CLUB / THE WINNER’S NOMINATED PARTICIPATING CLUB.

The total promotional prize pool is valued at $3000.

The membership is subject to:

  • The standard membership terms of the participating Snap Fitness club;

  • Any health, safety, access and conduct requirements imposed by Snap Fitness;

  • The winner completing any required membership documentation;

  • Availability at the winner’s nominated participating club; and

  • Any stated activation or redemption deadline.

The prize includes JOINING FEES, ACCESS CARD FEES AND 24/7 ACCESS ARE INCLUDED.

Any costs not expressly included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise required by law. If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any required regulatory approval.

10. Prize Claim and Unclaimed Prize Draw

If a provisional winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated claim period, is found to be ineligible or otherwise fails to claim the prize, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw, subject to applicable laws.

Any replacement winner will be contacted within two business days of the unclaimed prize draw.

11. Entry Discount

Eligible entrants will receive a promotional code providing 20% off selected Aqua Cooler products.

The discount code:

  • Applies only to products included in the nominated Spring promotional range;

  • Is valid from the date of issue until 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2026, unless otherwise stated;

  • Is limited to one use per customer;

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • Cannot be applied retrospectively;

  • Cannot be combined with another discount, promotion or offer;

  • Does not apply to delivery, installation, servicing or other excluded charges; and

  • Is subject to product availability.

Receiving or using the discount code does not provide an additional competition entry.

12. Verification and Disqualification

The Promoter may request information necessary to verify an entrant’s identity, age, residency or eligibility.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

  • Provides false or misleading information;

  • Tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry or draw process;

  • Submits an entry using automated means;

  • Breaches these Terms and Conditions; or

  • Engages in conduct that may damage the reputation of the Promoter, Snap Fitness or the promotion.

13. Technical Issues

If the promotion cannot operate as intended because of a technical failure, unauthorised intervention, fraud or another cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may suspend, modify or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Privacy

The Promoter will collect and use entrants’ personal information to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact winners and award prizes.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at aquacoolerdirect.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

Entrants may separately choose to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter the promotion. Entrants who provide marketing consent may unsubscribe at any time.

The Promoter may disclose a winner’s information to Snap Fitness, a participating Snap Fitness club, promotion suppliers and relevant regulatory authorities where reasonably required to administer or fulfil the prize.

15. Publicity

By accepting a prize, a winner agrees that the Promoter may publish their name and state or territory of residence where required by law or reasonably necessary to announce the promotion result.

Any additional use of a winner’s image, voice or testimonial will be subject to obtaining the winner’s consent.

16. Social Media

The promotion may be advertised on Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms but is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with those platforms.

Entrants release the relevant social media platforms from liability in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

17. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and suppliers will not be responsible for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance and use of a prize, except where caused by their negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
