By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter: Aqua Cooler Direct (https://aquacoolerdirect.com.au/) 

  1. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Meta, or it’s products; Facebook or Instagram. Entrants completely release Meta, Facebook or Instagram from any and all liability relating to the Promotion.
  2. Promotional Period is from 30 August 2024 until 11.59pm AEST 21 November 2024. No late entries will be accepted.
  3. Entry is open to current residents of Australia who are aged 18 years and over.
  4. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  5. Entrants may only enter the competition once. All Entrants will remain in the draw throughout the Promotional Period.
  6. Entry into the Promotion is through valid completion of the Promotion form on Facebook or Instagram, including first name and email adress, or via the entry form on the Promoters website.
  7. There will be 12 (twelve) Prizes available. Each Prize is valued at $249 and is one Odyssey Bottle Countertop Water Cooler (Eco Package). Prize is non-transferable or redeemable for cash. Prize will be shipped to the Winner, at the discretion of the Promoter.
  8. 1 (one) Winner will be chosen at random by the Promoter each Friday, for 12 weeks. The first Winner will be drawn on 6 September 2024 and the final Winner drawn on 22 November 2024. There will be a total of 12 Winners over the Promotional Period.
  9. Winners will be notified by email and announced on @aquacooler Instagram. All decisions are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
  10. If the Prize is unclaimed within 7 days of the draw, the Promoter will redraw another winner.
  11. All Entrants into the Promotion agree to opt-in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.
