Water Cooler Servicing is available now on a variety of Aqua Cooler drinking water products, with simple online purchase or regular subscription options.
All services include a full inspection of your unit, thorough clean and santitise and installation of replacement filters (filters not included, available for additional purchase)
What happens when you purchase your service online?
- Purchase your service package online, or subscribe for regular 6-monthly services. Our standard service package does not include a filter, but you can purchase a "Service Including Filter" package option as well or add your filter to cart in the same order. If you are not sure which filter you need, our technician can sort this out for you on the day and take additional payment then and there.
- Fill out all of your details like a normal online order, with your shipping address showing the address where the service is to take place.
- Once your order has been received, one of our service team members will be in touch within 2 business days. to book in your service appointment at a time that best suits you. Service appointments are typically available Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm. A standard service appointment usually takes 30 minutes to an hour.
- Your service booking will be confirmed and provided by our friendly service team.
