The filters that I ordered arrived very quickly. I have not had to use the extra filters as yet as the first filter arrived with the cooler. No unpleasant tastes or smell. Water is clean and cool.

Perfect for the family home. So easy for young kids to use. Water taste million times better than from tap, and perfect temperature. Not too cold you can't drink but still cold enough for those hot days. In my opinion every house should have one.
