The whole process to replace this tap was amazingly easy - from finding the sticker still on the back of the cooler after all this time, finding the website, contacting customer service, ordering the tap, receiving the tap, replacing the tap. Not a single hitch. Thank you very much. We are now enjoying our cold water again.

I was excited that Aqua Cooler had such a great web page page resource for sourcing spares for their products. I broke the tap on my very old Aqua water cooler when cleaning it last. The old plastic tap had become very brittle over time and broke in half when I tried to screw it back on. I feared that might have been the end of the old cooler as I thought a replacement tap would be very difficult to find. I was extremely happy to find out that the tap size and thread was standard and it fit perfectly on my old Aqua water cooler.
